Interior of a custom spray foam rig: diamond-plate workbench, tool chest, monitor and E-track on the walls.

Custom spray foam rigs.

Sold from BC to Newfoundland. Same truck and trailer builds we run ourselves.

[01]

Secondary.

Spray foam is the work. We also build the machines we spray with — in house, Graco, no gimmicks — and we sell those builds.

[02]

Field, not theory.

Applicators are manufacturers. Equipment quality is foam quality. Support is the people who built the rig.

[03]

Two days.

Every rig includes two days of on-site training: setup, operation, maintenance, troubleshooting. Job-shadow crews. Estimator ride-along.

[04]

Lease + warranty.

Typical $2,500–$3,500 a month, terms up to five years. One-year workmanship on the build; manufacturer warranty on new equipment.

What you get.

We build the same truck and trailer rigs for customers that we build for ourselves. Durable systems, quality Graco equipment. A cheap setup costs you more over time.

When you call for support, you speak with the people who built the rig. We use this equipment daily in the field and in our own shop.

Breathable air

We spray in the field ourselves, so we care about the air. Bullard air-purifying systems with full-face hoods. No tight, sweaty masks. Same fresh-air setup we have used for decades.

Leasing

We work with leasing companies that know spray foam equipment. Terms up to five years. Typical monthly range $2,500–$3,500.

Equipment service is down the road at the same shop — $125 an hour, 30 minutes northeast of Winnipeg.
