Closed-cell spray foam covering the interior of a large arched Manitoba building, looking toward open bay doors.

Spray foam for Manitoba winters.

Winnipeg and southern Manitoba since 1978.

48 years.

Spraying since 1978. We know what to do with foam. More important — we know what not to do.

[02]

10 years on the gun.

Our least experienced sprayer has 10 years and thousands of hours. In Canada a two-day course makes you a professional.

[03]

Closed cell.

Open cell hasn’t got the vapour resistance for a Manitoba winter. We spray 2 lb closed cell — air barrier, moisture control, R-6 an inch.

[04]

Ratio-Assurance.

Foam is two chemicals mixed 1:1. Sensors watch the mix in real time and shut the machine down if it goes off. On every rig we run.

The work.

Homes. Commercial, farm and industrial. The fire barrier the code requires over foam.

Homes & renovations

Walls, floors, ceilings, basements, rim joists, crawlspaces. Spray foam seals the envelope — the holes, cracks and seams that leak a third of the air you already paid to heat. Closed cell only, unless a spec says otherwise.

Commercial,
farm & industrial

We don’t discriminate between building types. Air barrier and class 2 vapour barrier. Pole sheds, shops, freezers, vegetable and potato storage — work areas that stay comfortable in winter or summer.

Commercial

Fire barriers

Canadian code requires foam to be covered with an approved thermal barrier. There is no such thing as fireproof foam. Drywall, plywood, OSB — or a CCMC-approved spray: DC315, Monokote Z-3306, ADFire 7-TB.
